A wellness vacation cannot be called such without the right time devoted to physical activity. At Momentum Resort you can choose from regenerating outdoor yoga sessions, tennis matches in red plus clay courts and targeted workouts in the fitness room with Technogym equipment.

Then enjoy a well deserved relaxing break with a personalized massage, or spend some time in the SPA or have a pleasant swim in the infinity pool...

Take your Power Yoga and Bioenergetic Breathing class outdoors, in the peace and quiet of our olive grove in order to release tension and stress, restore your inner balance and for your psychophysical well-being.

One hour class with instructor: € 35.00

Pilates classes available upon request.

Tennis

Flaunt your skills on the new red plus clay tennis courts, surrounded by the plush green of the olive grove. On request, we organize lessons for players of all levels and ages, with qualified instructors.
